Refund Policy


At The Journal Atelier, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you're eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it complies with our Standard Product Warranty.

To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

-Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

-Opened or used journaling supplies (such as sticker sheets, paper packs, ephemera sets, or scrapbooking materials)

-Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Satisfaction Guarantee for Creative Supplies

We want you to love creating with our journaling and scrapbooking materials. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on used or heavily handled creative supplies, including opened sticker packs, paper kits, stamps, or other crafting materials that show signs of use.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

-Double-check your bank account

-Contact your credit card provider; it may take time before the refund is officially posted

-Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at support@thejournalatelier.com

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
